Vandaag in Amsterdam geweest, o.a. in het van Gogh museum om de Egon Schiele tentoonstelling te zien. Ik was o.a. benieuwd naar de samenwerking met Christina de Chatel en Marina Abramovic, eerder schreef ik:” Als dat maar goed gaat” .

Het gaat niet goed:

Nee, dan de performance kunstenaars die onder de naam “Heroines“ nog steeds bij galerie Akinci te zien zijn: Valie Export, Carolee Schneemann en Anna Mendieta! Die hadden mijns inziens beter bij Schiele gepast:

Performance bij galerie Akinci:”Heroines“ , met Carolee Schneemann, Ana Mendieta en Valie Export.



Center Panels: Chromaprints of 1986 physical actions- paint with blood, ashes, syrup in snow with hand tracing.
Side panels with: acrylic paint, chalk, ashes on paper. Total size: 154″ x 57″ composed of 12 triptychs each 12″ x 57″.

An hommage created for the artist Ana Mendieta, at the time of her death.
