Ook een mooi project tijdens Art Rotterdam 2022 op uitnodiging van het 004-collective in de open studio’s Borgerstraat. Frans van Lent dook de kelder in:
Night-time
The studio will be open to the public daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
This means the artworks will be left alone sixteen hours a day .
With no one around, the works have no need to interact,
they will simply be objects without meaning, like any other.
I plan to visit the studio every night, to observe the works in their quietness.
In near darkness, I will document my observations on video. In the morning, when the door opens to the public again, my observations will have become part of the exhibition.
